There were some mix ups and miscommunication and she fixed everything! She even held the bottle for my baby while I was completing the registration forms!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have gone to TruDerm periodically for over a year and a half, for myself and for my sons eczema treatment. For me personally I have been treated with respect and politeness. From the front desk greeting my son and myself, to the manager Nicole, Pa Maddie, and Dr Usmani. All around great service over this time frame. My son can move around a lot and get antsy sitting down for a period of time, so I try to be as helpful as I can during any treatments. Thankfully, he is doing well and he doesn’t need any more follow ups and we continue with the regimen we were provided by the PA Maddie. Will any office be perfect? Probably not. We are humans and humans make mistakes. I know I have had my bad days at work or personally. But, nonetheless, I appreciate the all around service my family receives at TruDerm.
