Examining Xeomin – the newest filler to hit the market

Injectable neuromodulators are a common way to prevent this from happening, will help to smooth out your skin and, as a result, make it look younger.

At its most basic, neuromodulators are wrinkle-relaxing injections of botulinum. They fill in the area, making the skin look plump and healthy in a matter of hours with virtually no down time.

Generally speaking, Xeomin and Botox® work to target similar areas, and both brands are most commonly used to treat areas such as the forehead, around the eyes (crows feet), and between the eyebrows.

However, many doctors do notice an aesthetic difference between the two, stating that Botox® is recommended for women looking for a more frozen look to their face, where Xeomin provides more flexibility and ultimately, will appeal to women who prefer to maintain some muscle movement but limit the facial lines they see in the mirror.
